Monthly Rent is FLAT FIX, one price includes: — ALL furniture you see in photos, ––ALL monthly house expenses (such as toilet paper/ laundry soap..)+utilities (such as WiFi/ energy/ garbage..). Share living room/ bathroom/ kitchen. You can use all the things in kitchen for cooking.

Apartment is close to Golden Gate Park, and short walk to restaurants ( Clement Street/ Geary/ California Street), fresh groceries, post office, banks and pharmacy.

Landlord lives in the building, so the rules will be enforced: No smoking no nicotine no vaping.NO drugs! This is NOT a cannabis/THC/CBD place!

No bicycles no electric scooters,no transportation devices. No surf boards, golf gear, snowboards. Sorry.

Location is 20th Avenue, near Fulton. One block to Golden Gate Park. A nice walk to Baker Beach.

Hello–only ONE roommate, me! The apartment is my home–where my books pile up, where my chicken gets roasted, and where folding clean laundry makes me happy. San Francisco can get a bit crazy, so being home is my little slice of comfy calm.

I’ve lived in SF over 10 yrs – always with roommates–so I do understand clear communication needs.

I’m the roommate who wants to share Thai on cold rainy nights, gets excited for warm sunny weather ( hooray), and thinks delicious food tastes better with sand under my feet. Travel makes my heart smile. 🏝🏕🏜

By experience, I find people who complain a little today– end up complaining about everything EVERY day….please stay away from me!
