Furniture included (everything in photos): queen bed (measures 160 x200 cm)+side table, desk+chair, bookcase, dresser for clothes inside closet. HP 24 inch (60cm) monitor. Very clean.

Fast WiFi connection speed for zoom video calls, work from home needs.

One roommate ( female, me).

Share living room, bathroom, kitchen. You can use all the things in kitchen for cooking. Dishwasher machine.

Street parking is ok. However, if you drive every day– you will be happier finding another place (with a designated parking spot).

Neighborhood is safe walking around at night.

Location is 18th Avenue / Fulton. Neighborhood is called: Central Richmond. One block to Golden Gate Park. Nice walk to Rose Garden, the De Young Museum, Flower Conservatory, Academy of Science, and the Lisa+ Douglas Goldman Tennis center. Easy walk to Baker Beach. Short drive over Golden Gate Bridge to Marin.

Apartment is short walk to restaurants and bars on Clement Street/ Geary/ California Street– and, fresh groceries, post office, banks. Sunday Clement Street Farmer’s Market 😀 Also, an easy bus ride to Hayes Valley.

Bus stop is right around the corner: #5R FULTON , or a short walk to the #38R GEARY , #31 BALBOA, #1 CALIFORNIA.

Ride bus to downtown Financial District, Market Street, UC law school, USF and downtown campus, or to WeWork offices.

About the building–this is a small apartment building. My apartment is two bedrooms– one bedroom for me, and the other bedroom is available for a friendly female. The Landlord lives in the apartment above.

Hello–only ONE roommate, me 😀 The apartment is my home–where my books pile up, where my chicken gets roasted, and where folding clean laundry makes me happy. San Francisco can get a bit crazy, so being home is my little slice of calm.

I’ve lived in SF over 10 yrs – always with roommates–so I do understand clear communication needs.

I have hosted many foreigners. So, I do try making this process easy, and hope to answer some of your questions.
