The apartment is furnished, the building is cat friendly. Very quiet neighborhood and right off 35E. Near many shops and businesses. 1.5 baths, I have my own bathroom we will only share the shower. You will be responsible for internet and I am responsible for electric. All other utilities are included in rent. Since you will be renting the smaller bedroom, you will get lot parking while I park on street.

I have a dog, who is my emotional support animal. The building is cat friendly, for additional rent. My current roommate is moving out due to unforeseen circumstances, looking to replace lease holder ASAP. I enjoy tarot and crystals. I am also a student and work as a receptionist at a reproductive health clinic. I am generally clean and since I am so busy I typically mind my own business.
