Very quiet neighbors. Non-smoking, no pets allowed, well suited for a professional. Must be vaccinated, 12 month term, must be able to meet in person, not on parole. Very convenient downtown location, close to the greenway, shopping, restaurants, Amtrak, etc.

Rent is $900 per month, plus split utilities (electric and internet).

I’ve lived in this condo for 4-5 years, and plan on staying longer. Past roommate moved out of Raleigh. I am professional, work from home, and quiet during the day. Non smoker, no drugs, not a partier. Audiophile and outdoor person.
