The property is located in the heart of Virginia Beach, walking distance to an asian market and to other convenient stores! A gated community! 5 minute drive to city centre and outlet mall and schools. If convenience is your choice, this is the place to be. 2 Rooms available with a shared bathroom, washer and dryer is available for use! Basic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave is available. Rooms are in the second floor of the house infront of the masters bedroom.. The house will be pretty much empty and ready for move in. The pictures shown are the rooms that is with furnitures ( rooms will be unfurnished). No couples.

The landlady of the house will be my mother, I prefer single military personnels (female) who is planning to stay long term 1-2 yrs or longer. Rooms are available now. 750 per room.
