Spacious home looking out over a small private lake. In the summer you are welcome to use my kayaks or pedal boat. Close access to downtown Grand Rapids, highway and airport as well as shopping and dining. Property is on a cul-de-sac, quiet overall, minimal traffic, and beautiful nature.

Hi! My name is Courtney, I am an Occupational Therapist working at a hospital nearby, and recently went back to school at GVSU for Social Work. I am easy going and laid back. I enjoy spending time with friends/family and my Australian Shepherd, creative projects, collecting Pokémon cards, video games, ongoing learning, and a variety of music and movie genres.

I have a bedroom in my house that’s opening up June 1st (but can be available sooner if needed), since my current tenant is moving in with their girlfriend and is flexible with move-out date. There are three people you’ll be sharing the house with, my boyfriend and I, and another male tenant. We are all pretty easy going and try to be neat and respectful of each others’ space. We often hang out in our rooms, but sometimes we’ll hang out in common areas while cooking/chatting, or plan game/movie nights. We are all in our late 20’s to mid 30s and we all work full-time in healthcare or human services related fields.
