Unit has baseboard heat, a window unit for A/C, coin laundry in the building, (very easy) street parking and the option to pay for off-street parking (I didn’t find this necessary).

PROS: The building is 1 block from Cheesman Park, has a private pool, built in community grill and fire pit, fenced in bike rack and bike repair station.

There is plenty of room for any furniture in the living room as I am taking it, and there is another large hallway closet for storage

The rent is $900 plus about $65 in utilities. Pets are allowed.
