Sarah's room

Hey guys I’m Sarah! I have a house in downtown Raleigh with 2 rooms becoming available starting February 1st, 2022. This house is easily the best rental property in Raleigh, we are in the heart of downtown (can literally see the skyline from our back deck!), this home is so spacious, open concept, and renovated with all new granite counters, wood floors, high-end appliances, in-home laundry, private downtown parking, back yard , fenced in front yard, two large sunrooms, back deck with rocking chairs and more!

We are two blocks from all the dining/bars/shopping on Glenwood Avenue as well as walking distance from Cameron Village with grocery stores and more shopping and dining. Also less than 5 minutes from NC State’s campus. Walking distance from all Raleigh has to offer and only about 15 minutes from the airport too!

Now a little more about me! I’m a 28 year old young professional working in software sales. Originally from Florida, but have been living in NC for almost 5 years now and I love it. I do work from home given COVID, but do have a separate office in the house so I am out of the way for anyone that also might work from home.

I’m super active and regularly workout, go on hikes, walks downtown, etc. I love to entertain (this house is in the heart of downtown Raleigh) and have a wine night every now and then. Hobbies include cooking, yoga, photography, brewery hopping, traveling, and live music to name a few. I’m also very cleanly and neat (certainly don’t expect potential roommates to be though!) I am very chill during the week, I work 9-5 and go to the gym in the evening, might have a glass of wine or two but typically go downtown Saturday nights if I’m not traveling.

The other roommate remaining in the house is Chris, he is 26 and we actually work at the same software company - he is a stand up comedian by trade as well ( guaranteed to have a few laughs) - very neat and respectful too!
