THIS IS A 2-MONTH RENTAL IN SUNNY ISLES BEACH AT INTRACOASTAL YACHT CLUB - LEASE CAN BE RENEWED.
A nice, furnished master bedroom with a walk-in closet, direct balcony access, and an attached bathroom is available at Intracoastal Yacht Club in Sunny Isles Beach until April 22. This is a two-month rental, with the option to extend.
Please note that it is only for 1 person and you are sharing the unit with one other person only. The rent covers electricity, wifi, and water (up to $150 per month per person). The property boasts fantastic amenities, including a gym, pool deck area, complimentary yoga and zumba classes, and more.
Move-in is possible from Feb 22.
The unit can be viewed anytime from Feb 20th. Move-in requirements: copy of valid ID, a $100 money order for background check, deposit $500, and 2 months’ rent.
About the roomies
