About the room
I’m looking for someone to share my gorgeous apartment starting April 1st. I’ve been here for 6 years and LOVE it, but my roommate is moving and I’m looking for someone to take over her room. The apartment itself is the most beautiful 2 bdrm 2 bath, top (3rd) floor corner unit in Sea Glass, a luxury apt complex. It is across the street from Henderson Beach State Park and has (distant) views of the gulf (and pool) from the bedroom, kitchen, and balcony. It comes with unlimited access to the gym, pool, firepit, and bbq areas. The apartment is fully furnished, except for your bedroom. That is unfurnished.
Your portion of the rent is $1225/month and after utilities everything ends up being around $1325/month.
About me: I’m a server at a high end restaurant here in Destin. When I’m not working I like to cook, paddleboard, and enjoy the beach or pool. I don’t stay up late or play loud music. I’m extremely clean, and it’s important that you are, too.
