Marjorie's room

We are looking for a male roommate to occupy a 10ft x 10ft partially furnished room. The room includes a queen size bed and a closet. You would have a shared bathroom and access to any common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Street and driveway parking is available. There is a yard with trees on either side for some shade. Price includes internet and utilities. We would prefer a month-to-month lease but we also do a long term contract. We can also discuss the monthly rent if you are interested on doing maintenance in the house (for example, mowing the yard in Spring/Summer/Fall or extra cleaning).

I am currently living in another house in Boise, but I come from time to time to grab belongings. My family comes visit once a year and uses my bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There’s currently one male roommate in the house. We want the place to stay clean and would like the new roommate to treat the place as if it’s his own. I am looking for someone who is employed. No smoking inside the house and no pets.
