Aloha! I’m offering 1 clean, comfortable and furnished guest bedroom in my 3 bedroom 3 bath house in Hanapepe, Kauai. Bathroom is shared with one other roomie. All you need to do is move in.

One room will be available on Sept 5, 2026.

Location is near beaches, gym, Port Allen, Eleele, convenient drive to Poipu, Waimea town, Waimea Canyon, KVMH, PMRF.

Common areas include living room, dining area , deck , well equipped kitchen with refrigerator dedicated for guest use only, dishwasher, gas range, washer/dryer.

Monthly rate is $1400, plus deposit.

Please No smoking, No vaping, No drugs. No overnight guests. References will be required .Some simple house rules will apply for a harmonious living arrangement.

Myself/homeowner - mature and stable, no drama person. I work during the day, I am friendly, caring and considerate, and highly regard boundaries, privacy and mutual respect. Another roomie occupies one of the guest bedrooms. Nice, quiet and respectful. Looking forward to hearing from you and tell me more about yourself.
