1 bedroom currently in use, sorry pics dont show the empty room yet. it will be unfurnished with a restroom for you. Parking available on streets. WiFi available, utilities included. No late night guest. No cigarettes, drugs or alcohol. May use kitchen keep clean no dishes left in sink. All bedrooms are upstairs. House near Victoria Gardens, markets freeways gas station and park walking distance. Elementary and HS walking distance. Cozy home great neighborhood.

I have been working 20years in the legal industry and I work from home full time. I believe I keep a clean home and it’s well maintained. I do go to bed semi early. I’m a light sleeper, so I do prefer someone who is considerate of others as much as possible. My home has sensors on doors, the ring and good neighbors. I have a small pup who barks at first but will get used to any guest. He becomes very friendly. He thinks he’s bigger than what he is. If we’re a good match as roomies we can discuss time frame, needs and go over Q/A.
