I am looking for one responsible and tidy roommate (preferably single female) to rent an extra bedroom in my single house.

The room is furnished with bed and night stand, located right next to the kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. The room has a big window overlooking the backyard. My family are all adults and we don’t have any pets so your privacy is guaranteed. The place is a newly renovated single house with a huge backyard for parking and gardening if you’re into it!

Location: near Front Ave – Rice Street intersection, Saint Paul (just minutes away from downtown!)

Vicinity: 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to major supermarkets (Walmart/Costco/Target), 5 minutes to 3 Asian markets. There are several fast-food restaurants and convenient stores around the block so basically everything you need is within walking distance. Fire station is right next door and medical clinic is right down the street.

Rent: $550/month, including all utilities and misc. expenses (toilet paper, detergents, etc.).

Lease: at least 6 months

Amenity: 1 shared full bathroom, 1 shared toilet, shared kitchen, central AC/heating, shared laundry room (washer and dryer), high speed Xfinity internet (100mbps)

Parking: backyard/off-street

Restriction: no pets/alcohol/drugs/smoking/parties/overnight guests

A background check, which costs $35, is required. Security deposit is $550.

We can set up an appointment to check the room once we have an agreement on all the terms. You can move in as soon as possible.
