Bryan's room

This is a 2BDRM/2BTH Upstairs unit located in Arcadia,CA. The unit has a balcony, heating, each room comes with its Wall AC UNIT. You will have your own personal bathroom (hallway). There is no smoking allowed in the complex. You will also have your own parking spot. All appliances and the kitchen/living room setup will remain as is. Any company that will be visiting will have to park in the street. I will need to have prior notice of any visitors coming. Because I work long hours and go to college, Visitors will be limited.

I am a full time public school employee. I work 40-60 hours a week. I cook frequently, work out (LA FITNESS is walking distance from the apt). I love watching sports and I also game from time to time. I’m moderately clean. Overnight guests will also be limited. I’m looking for a responsible individual who is laid back and needs a place to stay in a great city.
