Vara's room

Newly renovated! Two rooms are available starting APR 15th. Rent ranges from $1K - $1.3K a MO. Rooms are furnished with closet. Guest bath is located in the hallway. Master bedroom will have its own on suite bath.

Bills are included, but you’ll be charged the remainder if any bill goes over $100. House amenities, such as the kitchen, laundry, and patio, is included. Will have access to garage, driveway, and street, for parking. Will not have access to mailbox, but can receive deliveries. Internet is not included.

First, and last month’s rent, to include work pay stub, is due on move in. Must be clean, responsible, and tidy. Must exercise good personal hygiene. No pets, smoking, drugs, or alcohol. Guests are welcome, but not for sleepovers, to include parties. Looking for renters who are quiet, respectful, and order to enjoy a shared living environment.

No renters at the moment. Also, owner will not occupy this home for the time being.
