Hi! I’m looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, non-smoking, young professional female housemate. I have a 3 bed/2 bath house with a lovely backyard with fire pit in a quiet neighborhood in Pleasant Hill. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, and you and I would share all of the common areas including in unit laundry. The room is approximately 10 x 11 ft, unfurnished. Close to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of off-street parking. Utilities are not included (all utilities will be split with me). No sleepovers. First month’s rent ($1,200) plus $1,200 security deposit required to move in. Available to move in May 2, 2022. Contract will be month to month and 30-day move out notices are required.
