The Portsmouth Women’s City Club has 1 room available to rent. This is a non-profit organization that offers discounted workforce housing to single working women. All applicants must be employed to qualify. Sorry no pets due to the shared living setup.

The available room is on the third floor (walk-up). It has a shared bath with 2 female tenants. There is a shared kitchen that is used by the club and the tenants. Cleanliness is a key factor here- with everything shared, everyone must keep the kitchen extremely clean. There are also house rules that everyone abides by.

Rent includes all utilities, including wireless internet, and free laundry. Parking is strictly street parking. We are looking quiet, neat, and easy-going tenants who do well in a shared living setup. This property is a non-profit club on the first level and then the non-profit rents rooms to 7 tenants on the second and third floors. Background check, employment verification, and excellent references required.

The home is kept very clean. Everyone is respectful to fellow housemates. We have a range in ages.
