Hello, I own and maintain a 4 bed 3 bath house in Aurora. I have a basement for rent with a private bedroom, private living room, private bathroom and private refrigerator and microwave. Shared space includes a kitchen and laundry and upstairs living room. NO PETS OR SMOKING

3 housemates include a young male professional working as an airline mechanic at DIA, male mid 50’s working in retail and a you professional working at Buckley SFB. All are polite, respectful, and participate in a meet and greet to make sure everyone feels comfortable with the housemate arrangements I provide.
