We have a fully furnished bedroom available in our friendly and welcoming home, ready for move-in now. The room has been freshly sanitized and repainted and comes with a TV and soundbar, a comfy queen-size bed with a brand-new comforter and sheets, and a spacious closet with optional organizers. Rent includes all utilities, plus convenient parking. You’ll be joining a laid-back, open-minded household that values a positive and inclusive atmosphere. If you love dogs, you’re in luck—we have three friendly pups to keep you company (sorry, no additional pets). The shared kitchen and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, and there’s a washer and dryer for your convenience. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to King Soopers, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and plenty of fast food options. There’s also an RTD bus stop right on our street for easy commuting, plus nearby skate parks, reservoirs, and other great outdoor spots. My husband and I do have the upstairs bedroom, and the other two roommates will be downstairs. The biggest thing is being chill, most of us work throughout the entire day 40-65+ hours a week so not a whole lot going on during the week. We all hang out and talk, summer BBQs are big for us but totally optional. The two roommates downstairs are 25+ year old professionals.
