Erik's room

In May I will a room available in my house. I am looking for one roommate, three people in the house total. The bedroom is upstairs and come with a shared bathroom, by both roommates, down the hall. There is also a loft area that you may use as a living room (I currently just have a dart board set up in there). Garage/Driveway parking is available. Community pool access, community park across the street, quiet neighborhood, washer and dryer in house. Bills are included.

I am 37 years old, moved to Arizona almost 4 years ago. I am looking for a responsible, clean and respectful roommate. On work nights, I’m in bed by 8-9pm, but on my days off I like to go camping, cook or just relax and play video games or watch tv.
