The furnished bedroom has a queen size bed, small flat screen tv, side table, lamp, one dresser, cedar chest, large tufted carved rug , one circle rug ,2runners, hamper and trash can. Shared bathroom, shared kitchen , use of deck off living room almost leval to door no big steps! I have chairs and table outside. I prefer non smokers . I am allergic to smoke 420 and vape not looking for anyone doing this and no one with drinking/drug usage. There is plenty of parking Outside cameras at all doors and looking over vechiles.Inside camera in living room and sometimes kitchen. I like listening to music on my hub sometimes. Must love animals as I have one great pyrenees , cats , one turtles, fish tank and chickens. I would like to do a month to month lease up to a year with renewal avaliable. I am fifty seven years old. I am an artist , gardener, and sometimes likes to cook. I am looking for full-time employed ,ssdi, or retired. Background check will need to be done , then setting up a meeting to meet you and for the dog to meet you. I want to feel at home in my home and want you to feel the same. I do a monthly lease its a legal binding agreement. If you decide to for whatever reason change your mind, find a new place, I am allowed to keep that months rent and the fee to change the lock you were given the key to, that comes out of security deposit. Please be serious and don’t waste yours or my time. If after seeing place and its not a right fit for you just express it and move on. Cleaning up after yourself is expected and your responsible for cleaning bedding sheets ect and your clothes on your own. This needs to be done weekly and two weeks at the most. There are several laundry facilities within a mile or two. Due to older pipes you have to buy Scott one ply tissue . Furnished is just the room to sleep in does not include toiletries, soap , shampoo, maid service, my food , spices, water coffee ect or I would be an Air Bnb.:)

I am fifty seven retired, like to paint, but fiddle more with animals, plants and cooking due to arthritis. Also there is a sixty - five year old woman that is retired as well. She has been here going on three years.She plans to move in the late spring to fall at latest. Last Oct. I have had two renters stay over a year out of four .One found a house in less then a year. I think a pretty good track record.
