The Ferguson area has a lot of parks , a nice lake, great community center with a gym, community pool and a weekly farmers market at the plaza. Several fantastic eateries. There are a few grocery store options of course walgreens and cvs within a mile.:) The map area on here below is wrong, but live on a nice street.

I’m fifty-five year old self sufficient with indoor cats, two great pyrenees dogs and chickens . My schedule is I get up early and go to bed most of the time by ten thirty or eleven. . I am usually home except for a doctor appointment or doing some light shopping. I enjoy cooking and gardening and have lots of flowers , so if you like this kind of stuff that’s great! I also am an artist lately doing watercolors. I can’t have any smoking or vaping inside the house due to extreme allergies to it. Also it is lethal to my pets. I do not typically use scented room sprays. I know if its happening I break out and my dog will bark and growl…like a drug trained dog. No illegal drug use and no alcoholics. Must meet animals prior to deciding if this would be a good living arrangement. Month to month to see how it goes at first would be best up to a year. The room pictured has a queen size bed and two dressers. I now ask renter to furnish there own linens for the room and bathroom supplies if staying longer then a month. The room size is 15 feet by 14 feet. Large closet three doors and shelving in fourth one . There is a ceiling fan / light . Also side table,tv with light and chair. There are two window’s in the room.I have a concrete deck with bbq , wood furniture and umbrella . Parking in driveway and has security camera’s. Looking for an employed roommate with normal backgrounds or retired . Proof of employment 3 month paycheck stubs or ss ,ssdi,ssi statement.. Also being clean is a must I can be messy , but I mean showering, washing hands , cleaning up after yourself and share emptying trash cleaning dishes after making meals , rinsing off dishes place in ,dishwasher, taking turns unloading dishwasher if using dishes, cleaning tub after use… basic adulting.

Renter should supply own toliet paper has to be Scott brand single ply due to older pipes, paper towles, soap, shampoo.ect. There are several laundry facilities located within a mile . I also ask eating to be done in kitchen that way all food is pitched and no dishes are left in the room. I expect trash in room to be taken out weekly before trash day . The map area is wrong I am near Ferguson/ Calverton area .
