About the roomies
HOA Secretary/Treasurer and sole owner looking forward to taking advantage of working remotely and planning to spend most of 2022 traveling across the country in my converted Sprinter van (and monthlong Airbnbs) starting in February until at least October.
I’m born and raised in Tampa and my family is local so I can be flexible with arrangements that work best for everyone but I’d ideally like to find a couple or family to rent my entire house for $4,000. However, I wouldn’t be opposed to having a place to come back to if/when I fly in town for an event with family, friends or work; thus, I’m open to the idea of renting out individual rooms. I think the best scenario here would be two friends looking to share a place and one of you rents the downstairs guest bedroom while the other takes the upstairs guest or master bedroom (and I’ll store my personal belongings in the other upstairs bedroom while having the option to stay there as needed).
