Steven's room

A duplex in a great neighborhood in Hazardville, one side is rented by a family, and my side is just me. There are 3 bedrooms on this side, one has been converted to my office and the other is currently rented to a Roomie who’s about to move out. It’s currently fully furnished, but the furniture in the room can be removed, and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. There is a shared full bathroom upstairs and a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and foyer space downstairs in addition to a half bath with laundry. The kitchen is recently renovated with designer appliances and quartz countertops. Completely smart home, outdoor cameras, electronic locks, and hue lighting. Central air (I do like it cold…) Basement and attic storage available. Huge deck out back with a hot tub, fire pit, and grill. Off-street parking in the driveway.

I’m a young professional that works for a local insurance company doing technology relationship management. I’ve been living in this house for a few years now. I enjoy hosting small gatherings with friends, drinking wine, cooking, and traveling. Ideally looking for a roommate that I’d get along with as a friend as well as a housemate. I work a hybrid schedule, so I am home regularly - but I also am out for my side hustles frequently. I’m more of a night owl than morning person, like hanging out and just relaxing in what little free time I have, and I also enjoy going out to eat.

I’m a pretty clean person, but I am guilty of leaving dishes in the sink until it’s worth starting the dishwasher, and clothes on my bedroom floor. However, I don’t wear shoes in the house, and the shared spaces are always presentable in case someone stops by.
