1300 sq. ft stand alone house in East Wash Park. The park is a 10 minute walk, and the Gaylord St. restaurants are 7 minutes by foot. The kitchen is beautiful and was recently renovated, all new appliances. The house has 2 full bathrooms, also recently renovated. There is a lot of outdoor space with a big backyard, and off street parking spaces. Washer/dryer in unit. No central AC, window units. Split level home, looking for someone to move into huge lower level recently renovated with hardwood floors. Enough space for bedroom, small living area, and home office. Awesome landlord. I have a 4 year old dog, but unfortunately there can’t be any additional pets.

I am a 32-year old medical resident. I’m looking for a young professional roommate. I moved to Denver in July 2020 to begin my five-year residency program. My schedule changes every month or so, and I do have night shifts, so I’m looking for someone kind and respectful of that schedule.
