Hello Friends, We have a room available for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in South San Francisco/Daly City near Westborough Square and 280 Freeway. The room comes with full access to the common areas like the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The rent for the room is $990. Trash and Water are included. PG&E and Internet will be separate and split per headcount (~$80/month)

This room shares a bathroom with one other person. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom.

The lease can be yearly, 6 months, or month-to-month.

House is 5 minutes walking distance from Safeway, Starbucks, Five Guys, Walgreens, Philz Coffee, Pacifica Market, Paris Baguette. About 5 minutes drive to Serramonte Mall, Costco, Tanforan, Bart Station, Trader Joe, Manor Beach/Pacifica, Skyline College, YouTube office, SFO, SFSU, CCSF, Genentech.

We are a married couple in our late 30s. We work hard and stay busy. We are friendly, organized, clean, and respectful to others. We work in the airline industry and often travel out of town. We have an orange cat. He is calm and friendly. We are in the master bedroom and renting the other 2 rooms.
