House in in the trinity groves area near the Dallas overlook with a 5 minute drive into the downtown, uptown, victory park, and 8 minutes from Deep Ellum. Great access to all major highways, just a traffic light away.

Rent is $750 + $175 for utilities which covers: TV(60+channels), Hulu, Internet, Electric, Water, onsite Washer/Dryer, and Yard Maintenance. The rooms come furnished with a Queen memory foam bed, desk, and 55 inch TV. 75 inch TV in living room.

I am looking for a roommate between the ages of 25-35 who is outgoing, friendly, and respectful to rent one of the rooms. I have been renting rooms for over 5 years and can provide multiple references / recommendations from prior and current roommates who have all enjoyed their time here and the benefit of a great house at low cost.

I offer month-to-month lease agreements as I understand life changes and I do not want to penalize someone for that. Although it is month-to-month nearly all roommates stay for more than several years due to the great value comparison to renting a 1-bedroom apartment.
