About the room
Females only please. We live in a 5 bedroom, 2 story home in Rancho Carrillo. I’m a single mom of 5 (11,9,7,4,4) with shared custody. Kids are here but also at their dad’s. The available room has a queen sized bed & walk in closet. Room is upstairs as well as the shared bathroom. Looking for someone clean & respectful. No overnight guests. I would request that you keep all personal belongings in your room (besides kitchen stuff). Main living areas are for kiddos & I. We have a good vibe here. Great, safe neighborhood! Close to shopping & only 15 minutes from the beach.
About the roomies
I’m a single mom of 5. I work from home & at night I will usually relax with a glass of wine while I watch Netflix lol. :) The other roommate is a 21 year old sweet girl who you would also share a bathroom with. Shared bathroom has double sinks so you’d each have your own side with cabinets & a medicine cabinet. This house is filled with love. Neighbors are great too.
