About the roomies
Nice quiet furnished room in a 2 bedroom manufactured home with assigned parking next to the house. Rent is a 6 month lease and can be renewed if both parties agreed. Wi-Fi included, washer & dryer in the unit. Kitchen accessible, but no heavy cooking. Monthly rental is $1000 excluding utilities + 1/3 of utility bills (may increase in six months based on market rate). Security deposit required is $800. Sorry, no couples or overnight guests allowed please. No smoking, No drugs, No pets allowed, No parties as well.
