About the room
We are a young couple renting a large basement room on our End unit townhouse in a quite Germantown neighbor, It has its own private bathroom, kitchenette with medium size fridge (bigger than the one shown in picture) and exit to a large walkout level deck with its own private entrance on the side. Rent includes all utilities, and limited use of laundry which is also in the basement. Looking for a 1 person preferably but could be open for 2 max but with an increment in rent.
