Looking for a housemate: I have 1 large room with en suite available now (1 person per room) in a luxury OC home available for rent in Feb 2022 for 1495. It has its own private bathroom, great A/C, high speed internet. 2 minutes from park, nature trail, tennis, soccer, pool, Starbucks, spa, salon, Albertsons groceries, juice bar. 5 minutes from Laguna beach, Spectrum, Whole Food Los Olivos and banking. Doctor and Dentist is 5 mins. Everything is quiet, walkable and super safe in this multi million dollar upscale neighborhood. 1495 rent utilities about 100 total each split (for gas, electric, water, internet). Looking for stable professionals or students. No drugs or smoking. Celebratory drinks or special occasion drinks are fine. This is a mellow, healthy home of achievers. This is not a party house our neighborhood is affluent and the HOA will impose fines for excess noise. It is not a boring house either but it is a quiet community of respectful folks.:) The house is NOT looking to have my roomates or me have a partner sleep over, to keep things less awkward.
