We have a luxurious STUDENT ROOM* in a beautiful, modern California Villa located in a great neighborhood available right now. CSULB is only a half-mile away and you can walk there in 10-15 minutes. The 2 story house is large and bright. Student rooms are all on the first floor. The available room is a very large bedroom with a private bathroom w/ a large shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The room is furnished with a queen bed, and features a lot of cabinet storage as well as a walk-in closet. The house is quiet. Major freeways (I-405, I-605 and CA-22) are only a 3 minute drive from the house, making most important places within LA and Orange county only a 30-40 minute trip. Several bus stops are nearby – the bus to Disneyland stops across the street and buses to most other important destinations are less than a five minute walk from the house. Renter has access to 1st floor common areas of the house including a modern kitchen, the living room, a laundry area with washer and dryer, the outdoor patio and swimming pool. First and last month rent as well as a security deposit will be required. Note – payment options may be available for last month and security deposit. *This room is for one person only – we do not respond to requests for couples or anyone without a completed profile on this website. Potential renters must be adults and independent. We do not deal with third parties or relatives.

The owners (wife and husband) live in the upstairs suite. The other three “roomies” are all on the first floor and are college-age (25 to mid 30s) females, who are focused on their work. The atmosphere is friendly. There are very few guest visits.
