The property is an LLC between Maize Road and 119th St. by Maple. I live on the ground floor, and my brother downstairs, the other rooms are upstairs. The security cameras monitor the ground areas only. The restroom upstairs is shared with upstairs tenants and vice versa. The utilities are split 5 ways (usually between $70-$110) There is a quarterly trash bill and a semi annual reverse osmosis water filter replacement. I do an initial 1 month lease, then I’ll change it to a 6 month lease if I determine everyone is a good fit! The house is going through some renovations from a recent sudden leak and is in a temporary state of disarray and I ask that you please have some patience during this time. I have created some google forms for feedback/voting to help encourage others to share how we could improve our living experience.

I’m Zachery, and I find joy in the simple things. I enjoy cooking and am excited about attending culinary school. There’s also a friendly feline named Yuumi. 🙂

I have a brother, an older tenant who has lived here for about five years, and another younger tenant who has been here for a couple of years.
