My newly remodeled house has everything you need for a comfortable and budget friendly housing option in the heart of Elk River. During your stay, you can enjoy using the shared brand new kitchen and living room. The house is within walking distance to several popular gyms, restaurants, and coffee shops. This home will eventually be listed on Airbnb, and the continual improvements to the outside landscaping and decor throughout the house will be like software updates to your phone - continually improving the longer you’re there. (terrible analogy I know)

2 of the 3 rooms are rented. One of the roomies is a female server. The other roomie is a male who works at a machine shop. I work in construction full time, and I am the one who has done most of the remodeling to the house. In my free time I like to go to the gym and regretfully watch the Vikings every Sunday.
