This is a great and spacious room in the most quiet place and very comfortable because of the huge space it has and the availability of the first floor and easy parking. shared bathroom and kitchen, It also has a very peaceful area where you only hear the birds in the morning. Besides that, public transportation is around the corner, deli grocery stores, laundries, supermarkets, Macdonald, T-Mobile, and so much more.

Our roomies are very clean and will rarely meet each other because of very hard time available during the day due to work hours. they are very clean and supportive in all aspect. they do not smoke and we are not smoker friendly. Expecting to have a very clean and quiet neighbor as well.
