Bedroom 1 ($425/mo): Walk-out basement level, high ceiling, small closet.
Bedroom 2 ($375/mo): Walk-out basement level, smaller room (9’x14’) + closet.
Bedroom 3 ($325/mo): On the 1st floor, lots of windows, has views of the lake.
Tenants split gas, electric, and water (~$60/mo/person). Landlord provides garbage/recycling, internet (400 Mbps w/ mesh wifi), and lawn care. Free laundry in basement.
Great for students looking to live with other students in a big house! Some rooms possibly available earlier than June 1.
About the roomies
The other roommates are all college-aged, so looking for students to fill these rooms.
