$1000 Private room with a shared bathroom. This home is in a gated, peaceful community with a pool/spa. Looking for a mature individual that is clean and will never have issues with paying bills on time. If youre looking for a quiet relaxing place to live, this is it. We have a very clean, and peaceful environment at the house.This home is near grocery stores, 10fwy, 210 fwy, rennaisance market, gym, and restaurants. Tenant will have access to all of the house amenities( kitchen, living room, backyard patio, community pool, washer and dryer, etc.) There is also a cleaning lady that comes once a month on landlords own expense. Street parking is available.

Utilities are not included in the rent however utilities will always be divided up equally between roommates. ( Gas, WiFi, electricity, water)

First month rent and $300 security deposit is required at day of move in. Must provide proof of income, and copy of ID
