About the room
I have a room for rent in my house. Looking for at least a 6 month minimum stay. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. Two female roommate will share the bathroom upstairs, we are looking for another female as thats what my other roommate is comfortable with. Full use of the kitchen and everything in it. Laundry room upstaires and full use as well. Neighborhood has a resort style pool. We do have cats so must be ok with kitty’s. No more animals as the cats do not get along with other animals but they do love people. It’s $800 a month with all utilities included. We are a gaming household so we have the fastest internet out there.
About the roomies
My fiance and I bought this house and we have a friend that needed a place to live so we rented a room out to her, we still have one room available this one is unfurnished. I work retail so my schedule is all over the place. My fiance works a office job with a set schedule. We love video games and movies, so lots of movie nights here.
