Gil's room

This is a private room for one person. The room is 11x12 feet, in a three bedroom house. The bathroom will be shared with one other occupant. The rest of the house will be shared with two other occupants (three total).

The house is equipped with a large refrigerator, a high end gas kitchen stove, a dishwasher, a new microwave and new washer and dryer. All of the appliances in the house are shared to include HDTV, color printer, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The yard will be a shared common area between all persons on the property.

House has central A/C and heating Shared yard with patio and lemon trees. Pets are ok if the pet is perfect. It will depend on the pet. Smoking outside ok Rent includes electricity, gas, water and wifi. Street parking

Train station within 1.3 miles Bus stop within 700 feet Starbucks, Target, McDonalds and other stores within walking distance.

REQUIREMENTS (not necessarily a deal breaker) -Private room is for no more than one person -$40 fee required for background check through tenantbackgroundcheck.com -No serious criminal history (displayed on TBGS.com) -Credit score 700 minimum (displayed on TBGS.com) -One month deposit required ($800) -Last 3 months of pay stubs or bank account statements that reflect proof of income of x2.5 over the monthly rent required before visiting the house. Message for email. -6-month lease minimum preferred to start with, but this can be negotiated.

The three bedroom front house is occupied by myself and another female tenant in her 20’s at the moment. She works at a school. I am in my 30’s. I have a full time job and I’m very active. I do a lot of boxing, exercise and I’m easygoing. I’m looking to fill the other open room with working a professional or student who think they would be a good fit. There is a back house on the property with one tenant in her 20’s occupying it.
