New four-floor townhouse built in 2020 looking for two roommates to share the master bedroom or have 2 separate rooms. $825-$925 per person. All utilities included. Shared kitchen, dining room, and living room on second floor, plus study space in the loft overlooking the roof terrance. Furniture available if needed. A little over a mile to campus, walking distance to Lidl, the metro, and UMD shuttle stop. Currently all female roommates, females preferred. School focused, not partiers, but still know how to have fun. :) Must be able to meet in person to view the house.

We currently have three roommates in our four bedroom townhouse, and prefers two female students to share the master bedroom, or could have own room. One junior electrical engineer major, one sophomore marketing major and one graduate animal science student. We are relatively clean and quiet.
