Kat's room

Hello, me and my fiancé are looking for a roommate to rent out our carpeted basement too. The basement has its own living room and a bedroom attached. We are animal friendly and have a very spacious backyard for your dog, the 2nd floor has its own fireplace you are welcome to use. Also shared laundry just between you and one other room mate. We have a kitchen on site with an oven, toaster, dishwasher, toaster oven, small air fryer that you are welcome to use. 😁 We do have a laundromat 5 minutes from our house if you would rather use that (all up to you no pressure just an option!) You’ll have a shared bathroom with one other room mate up the stairs with a walk-in shower.
