This is a Warm, Quiet, Clean home in a Friendly neighborhood. 2 furnished bedrooms rented separately for single occupancy. Access to a large deck and spacious backyard with firepit. COVID-19 guidelines is appreciated. This is a quiet and supportive environment for graduate students or any roomie who wants to come home and relax after work! Pleasant couple and their pet dog share this warm and cozy home. Our home is Nut, Peanut, Tree-nut and Shellfish Free. It is also Smoke/Vape Free. This is a quiet and supportive space. This is an easy going and laid back family. No Smoking/Vaping. One very friendly Lab Mix that lives in the home. One energetic, playful Doodle that visits sometimes. Sorry, no more pets.
