Washer/dryer in condo unit. Free WiFi. The room is fully furnished and decorated.. The contract would be month to month meaning 30 days notice on either end to terminate the contract. All utilities are included in the monthly rent but if you work from home that may need to be adjusted. Also, all basic household items like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, bath towels, dishes, utensils etc. are all included. The required deposit is non-refundable to cover utility fluctuation; cost of month to month contract and the shared household items. If interested please contact me.
