I am looking for a roommate to live with in a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury apartment complex. The rooms are on separate sides of the apartment and the open room has it’s own bathroom and walk-in closet.I am asking $1,400 per month (utilities not included).The complex (Emmerson Valley Village) is 100% safe, has 2-gyms, 2-jacuzzi’s, a pool and plenty of grills to use. One parking spot (tandem) is provided in the cost of the rent. Utilities not included.

My apartment is located on the first floor. The bedroom available is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is completely set-up and ready for move-in! The apartment complex is in Valley Village on Laurel Canyon and Riverside (easy access to 101 and 170 freeways). Walking distance to Gelsons, Starbucks, Menchie’s and super close to Ventura Blvd. for a fun night-life.

A little about me, I am a 28 years old, LA native and working full-time in the sports industry. I love relaxing with family/friends, going to movies, watching sports, traveling, reading and I don’t mind a glass of red wine! :) I have one cat, CJ, who is an orange tabby cat….he is totally lovable and enjoys hanging with people and cuddling with you.
