About the room:

This is a 12x15 room within a spacious 5 bed 3 full bathroom house. The development includes a pool, and it is a few minutes from the Euchee Creek trail for the outdoors. The rent is $750 and has all the utilities and access to a washer and dryer. The house is less than 16 minutes from Fort Gordon Gate 6. After the tenant screen, it’s $1,350 to move in (The first month’s rent and the $600 security deposit)(can be flexible with security deposit payment time frame). It’s a month to month lease for flexibility but longer term is preferred.

Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you are welcome.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

All of the housemates are women. Everyone has passed a screening process and have clear backgrounds so it’s a safe and comfortable environment. We are big on communication so that we maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. There are currently four female housemates.
