We are looking for one down-to-earth no-smoking no-pet and considerate female housemate for upstairs vacant room to join other female housemates. Six bed bedrooms and Two shared women’s bathrooms upstairs. Since bathrooms are shared by females, we are looking for female only. Room can be partially furnished with some basic furniture (i.e. bed frame, desk, shelving etc. depends on availability) for free, if you want. Shared kitchen, living and dining. Laundry available in garage. All utilities for normal use are included. Plenty of free street parking in front of the house. Assigned driveway parking available with a fee. Shoes off at entrance. Participate in weekly cleaning chores (Required). House owner (male) lives on site, downstairs.

No party. No loud music. No pet (We have no pet). No perfume or aromatic products or food upstairs due to heating/ventilation. $1400/m; month to month, minimum 2 months, or $1350/m; one year contract. If interested, respond with brief introduction of yourself and intended move in date.
