We are looking for one down-to-earth no-smoking no-pet and fully vaccinated female housemate for upstairs vacant room to join other female housemates. Two shared women’s bathrooms. Since bathrooms are shared, we are looking for female only. Room can be partially furnished with some basic furniture (i.e. bed frame, desk, shelving) for free if you want. Share kitchen, living and dining. Laundry available in garage. All utilities for normal use are included. Plenty of free street parking in front of the house. Shoes off at entrance. Participate in weekly cleaning chores (Required).
