Available May 1st! Hi! I am looking for a roommate for my 2 floor, 2 bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in near Larchmont and Koreatown, one of the most beautiful parts of the city, with gorgeous Craftsman homes and beautiful yards! I am on Crenshaw Blvd, between Wilshire and Olympic. This is considered mid-Wilshire/mid-City, just west of Koreatown. Directly behind us, two blocks over, is a lovely, cute, clean, safe neighborhood park, perfect for morning walks, meditation, BBQ, or reading. This location is right in the middle of everything, and if you haven’t explored Larchmont yet, it is one of the best streets in town. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, cafes, bookstores, and ice cream! It’s my favorite area. From here, it’s easy to get to Beachwood, Silverlake, Hollywood, West Hollywood, downtown, and Beverly Hills. And Venice and Santa Monica are a quick 20 minute drive, because the 10 freeway is just a few blocks south. We are near a Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, Planet Fitness, Sprouts, Target, and CVS. Our location is super central, and you can really get anywhere in the City of LA within 30 minutes from our home!

The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom with a shower/tub. It includes a full-sized bed, dresser, desk, nightstand, sheets, linens, and towels.

All utilities and Internet are included. Gated parking is included and available. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. I have a dishwasher, as well.

I have two sweet, old, friendly cats (they will not go in your room).

Overall, my home life is quiet and chill, and I love to cook, work, work out, hike, and relax. I am friendly, chill and clean, and am mostly focused on working or running around town.

About me: I am a female, quiet, and enjoy healthy, clean living. I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs. I am work-focused, friendly, and social, but also respectful, and give my roommate a lot of privacy. I work a lot.

I work from home quietly from my bedroom, not in the common areas. I work in marketing and commercial real estate. I often take in-person meetings out of the home or attend work events. I am very active at my church (Christian), and when I’m not working or at church community groups, I love hiking, working out, and going to coffee shops. I am originally from the Midwest, but have been in LA for 15 years already. Time flies!
