Condo in concord CA. The unit is very close to downtown plaza, food spots, stores etc. driving will take you less then 10 mins to arrive or a nice 20 min walk. 1 mile away from concord Bart. Monthly rent is $1,000 and utility cost in the home are split (electricity/internet/water/garbage) which usually turns out to be $1100. Will have own parking spot. Shared bathroom with access to washer and dryer. Security deposit in the amount of $1,000 is needed before move in. Also, will have access to own patio space. Small dogs/cats welcome! My current roommate is moving out at the end of the month so I’m looking for someone to share the space.
