Hi! I’m Derek, a 25 year old engineer from Canada. I leased a 2 bed 1.5 bath in the heart of San Diego at 600 Front St. I’m looking for a roommate (you will have your own private room) who will enjoy living with me in a gorgeous location and apartment. It’s currently unfurnished, but I’ll be furnishing the place when I move in on the 1st of March.

There will be a full kitchen, tables, etc.

Building has: POOL & SPA PARKING $40-$60 per month extra (car depending) Room can be furnished - send me a message!

If you have furniture, GREAT! If not, don’t worry. I can also furnish the bedroom with a bed & mattress if you don’t have them. Parking is extra $60/month if you have a car, or if you think we can split a tandem parking spot, then it’s an extra $40/month. I’m looking for either a male or female, probably either a student still or <30 working professional so we’re living similar lifestyles. 3 month lease preferable. I enjoy video games, board games, ballroom & Latin dance, and I do dragonboat racing as well. I go to the gym, and will spend a lot of time at the beach! I have a car too. I’ll be gone maybe half of the weekends either for work or to travel around California.
