Available for rent after May 17th 2026. I have a room & full bath available for rent. I do live in the house and currently have one other female roommate named Allie (35) and she lives upstairs with her own separate living area and bathroom. The home is a 3 bed, 3 bath, 2 story home with 2,810 sqft. It was completely remodeled in 2018. Fenced in backyard with a pool. Whole home water filtration system along with a washer and dryer. Carport is available. We have Fiber Internet. Great location in a highly desirable neighborhood, Sequoyah Hills! For your budgeting purposes, Utilities, internet and the maid will run you about an extra $230/month. There are no other costs. I am flexible how long you want to stay please just give a 45 day notice before you move out. There is a night stand, pottery barn white bed frame, and box spring in the room currently.

I am easy going and try to keep the house as clean as possible. I don’t really care what you do and I will not be in your business. No smoking in the house and I do prefer someone close to my age (31). You will have plenty of privacy and we respect each others boundaries. There are currently no pets that live in the house.

I am single and work in real estate full time. My other roommate, Allie who is also single, works a full time job in accounting.
