Desert Willow Lane

We are renting out our upstairs loft. There is a kitchen, living room, private bathroom, and Master Bedroom upstairs. The entire place is furnished with a 55 inch TV in the living room as well. Tenant will have to find their own way for laundry. We are looking for someone who has a professional career and is financially stable and is planning to stay more long term (although the lease is month to month).

This is connected to the main house where my family and I stay. The surroundings of the house are very pleasant. We live in a very safe neighborhood next to Sipherd Elementary School. Most of our neighbors are middle-class families and their kids attend the nearby school or they are retired. We have been living here for about 7 years and have never experienced any theft, burglary and have never felt threatened or been in an alarming situation. Additionally, we have 4 security cameras set up around the house.

We are a family: My Mom and her Husband, and myself. The upstairs loft is separate from the main house. We have our two little nieces over about 4 days a week so we don’t want anyone that brings drama. We all work and are usually gone for the day, while the kids are at school. I am a Teacher that just moved back to Modesto from the Bay area. Again, we prefer someone who is professional and in their career. We are a college educated family as well.
